Located in the Sabin/Irvington neighborhood of Portland, Oregon, our goal is to create modern American cuisine rooted in the "melting pot" food culture that is Louisiana. We use locally grown fruits, vegetables and meats, as well as exclusively U.S. wild caught seafood from the Gulf coast and Pacific Northwest.
